Jason spent the initial part of his career in big pharma working for AstraZeneca in the US and UK across a variety of marketing, sales and finance roles. In his first role with STEM, an Ashfield Advisory company, he built and expanded the business into new locations in the US and Brazil and was part of the management team that sold STEM to UDG Healthcare in October 2016. Jason succeeded the founder as global CEO in October 2018. As CEO, Jason has led the organization through initial scaling, and then through a period of transformation during the pandemic, that has led to significant growth and diversification of STEM’s offering.

Previously: As CEO, Jason has led the organization through initial scaling, losing ~85% of the business during COVID and the transformation/reinvention that’s led to a significant rebound in the business.
